Coq10 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the coq10 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or using any part of the coq10 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and coq10 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The coq10 platform is open only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Accounts found to have been registered by underage users will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the circumstances.
Account Creation, Security & Personal Responsibility
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the coq10 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. coq10 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the available customer support channels.
All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, including activity that occurs as a result of negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. coq10 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account information confidential.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the coq10 platform are prohibited from doing the following while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Transferring, selling, or allowing another party to use your account.
- Manipulating games, the betting system, or any platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or financing activities prohibited by law.
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or account verification process.
- Disrupting platform operations or degrading the experience of other users through any deliberate action.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure. coq10 reserves the right to pursue legal action where the violation involves criminal activity or causes loss to the platform or other users.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the coq10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
Deposits will be credited to your account balance upon successful transaction verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. coq10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, unless a special request has been submitted and approved.
- Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary depending on account tier and the payment method used.
- Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or breaches of these Terms will be forfeited and will not be processed for withdrawal.
If you notice any suspicious or unrecognised transactions in your account, please contact coq10 customer support within 48 hours. Enquiries submitted after this period may not be fully processed.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Coq10 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that services will be available at all times free of technical interruptions. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party technical errors.
Coq10's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Coq10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: suspected fraud, breach of terms of use, unlawful activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspected fraud, account balances may be held pending completion of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and related materials on the coq10 platform are our exclusive intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from coq10.
Third-Party Links & Services
The coq10 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers and gaming technology vendors. coq10 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or service quality of these third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Coq10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Changes take effect as soon as the latest version is published on the platform. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through proceedings in the competent courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the rest of these Terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
